What's Hapnin'? Local events, nightlife, and drink specials.

Woah woah woah.

Can we discuss Stevie Wonder & The Jonas Brothers performing together at the Grammys? How do we feel about this?

WOW. So much for blogging resolutions.

So the Fluff is on life support, obviously.

I've decided to work on slightly more meaningful pursuits (such as focusing on getting plans together for the fall/reaching out for part-time work) as well as less than meaningful pursuits (my renewed addiction to Yelping, of all things).

Also, since most of my Fluff-worthy trinkets (see the first few posts in the blog) are physically in storage, I have little to show you, other than creating a tumblr/Digg/del.icio.us sort of blog where I link to things I find amusing or entertaining (of course with a little caption explaining why it delights me so).

Needless to say, the Fluff is too scatterbrained - even for me!

So I've reserved some blog names in case I decide to focus hardcore and blog about certain things I'm interested in... So far I've reserved Foodasms (food induced orgasms?) as well as Stylish Everyman (fashion, or more specifically style, but from a more utilitarian, everyman perspective, rather than purely aesthetic). Don't bother checking those blogs out though, because I've made them private and won't launch them until there's legit content. I also may reserve a domain for blogging about music, since that's something I always like to discuss. Obviously I already have an outlet for movie opinions, the also-struggling-to-survive Movies We Haven't Seen.

Who knows, I may one day become a one man blogging empire, and we'll all look back on the Fluff as the Frankenstein experiment that got it started (...or Livejournal or even Diaryland, but I'd rather not talk about those! The horror!).

In the meantime, I may check in on the Fluff and drop something random (a few weeks ago I started writing a Blair Waldorf vs. Summer Roberts post, for example), but I wouldn't count on it.

I know I'm lazy. We'll deal with it for right now.

Gawker posted this video and I thought it was worthy.

It raises serious questions about a very important issue: what's appropriate dancing procedure?

I love me some made-for-tv amusement.
